Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from our studio in Winnipeg, Manitoba, unless it is made to order or a presale.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for exchange or full refund less any shipping charges.
Please get in touch with us at email@example.com within 15 days of the date you receive the item(s).
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are unable to issue a refund for items that are damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore please use an insured and trackable mail service.
